I in no means consider myself an expert in making art from clay. The only time I ever took an art class using clay was back in high school. But I love the medium, especially air-drying clay, since I don't own a kiln. I picked some up in 2007 to make figures to replace a nativity scene I hand-painted years ago . . .the figures were stolen from me, so I replaced them with clay ones.
