Boring art assignment at the time. I had to draw something with tools in charcoal, and I am definitely not a tool person. So I drew nail clippers, thought that was boring, so drew hands to go with, got bored with just the charcoal, so got out a jar of pink fingernail polish and painted the nails, even though this was supposed to be charcoal only. Thankfully, I had a wonderful teacher who loved it when her students were brave enough to go beyond the boundaries of her assignments.
Camouflaging is very difficult, but it was fun to take different materials and try to make them blend in. The background is wallpaper, so I took a pop can, knife, fork, and spoon, and painted them with acrylic paint to match the wallpaper.

This is a mix of tissue paper, newspaper, brown packaging paper, charcoal, can't remember what else, with a sort of cubist style.
